OMG some girls need to learn

Ok this world is out of control , i was walking to day and saw a five year old wearing short shorts and a tanktop , the older girl was wearing a mini skirt and was only about ten ,

Honestly some people need to learn that fashion is great but you need to dress properly not give out the wrong impression to people, so learn please learn i don't want to see anyone get hurt because what they wore gave the wrong impression to some dumbo .
